The RAM-117BU consists of the RAM-ROD 2000 fishing rod holder and patented 1.5" diameter rubber ball. With the combination of the patented RAM rubber ball and socket system you can rotate the rod holder 360 degrees, while tilting the cradle forward and back for the optimum angle.
